  • Ensure that all relevant documents of the Property Management Office are filed in an orderly manner that is aligned with the standard filing system.
  • Coordinate schedule and reserve venue for all meetings within the scope of the Property Management Office.
  • Safe keep an updated directory of all unit owners/resident/tenant, building contractors, service providers and other relevant individuals necessary for the building operations.
  • Prepare all purchase requisitions and purchase orders of the PMO.
  • Monitor office supplies and order based on the reorder levels.
  • Assist PM/PE in facilitating compliance of all relevant and statutory permits. Remind PM/PE of important deadlines.
  • Assist PM/PE in ensuring all unit owners/resident/tenant calls and complaints are recorded and if possible given an update within the day.
  • Monitor assets of the PMO and update list of accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Business Management or Building Management Course
  • Related postgraduate studies is an advantage
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Property Management as Administrative Assistant preferably in Residential development
  • Customer Service and People Handling Skills
  • MS Office Proficiency
  • Amenable to work in Cebu
  • Can start ASAP
