Sales Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and process orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and promptly using the company ERP system (Syteline).
- Maintain and update customer, product, and pricing information.
- Coordinate with logistics, accounting, and related departments to manage delivery schedules and billing procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, inventory, and lead times.
- Support the transition of order management operations from Japan and overseas offices to the Cebu site.
- Proactively identify process gaps and propose improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with global teams, considering time zone differences (particularly with the U.S.) to ensure smooth communication and order fulfillment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or administrative operations (preferably in a manufacturing or trading company).
- Experience or understanding of the order-to-delivery process
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English
