Job Description:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Operations Specialist to join our Operations team and help us deliver a delightful experience to our customers through timely point reward fulfilment.

As a Junior Operations Specialist, you'll work on the behind-the-scenes engine that makes the magic happen - ensuring users receive their rewards smoothly and on time. You'll get hands-on experience with fulfilment processes, campaign setup, automation, and data analysis while working closely with various internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support the fulfilment of point rewards to users, especially for new merchant partnerships
  • Help design and execute fulfilment strategies that provide the best customer experience
  • Identify manual and repetitive tasks that can be automated using low-code tools or AI
  • Assist in voucher stocking, order tracking, and merchant data management
  • Set up and maintain campaigns and internal dashboards
  • Ensure fulfilment processes are executed within SLA timelines
  • Maintain and improve documentation for fulfilment operations
  • Collaborate with product, support, and business teams to continuously improve processes
What we're looking for:
  • A fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field
  • Must be based in Cebu
  • Has at least 1-year relevant work experience in Operations, Project Management, and Administrative Tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes with consistency
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); basic understanding of automation tools is a plus
  • A curious mindset with a passion for improving customer experience
  • Able to communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams
  • Bonus: Interest in travel, loyalty programs, or fintech
