- Provide support to compensation and benefits supervisor in payroll preparation.
Prepare monthly summary of tardiness for memo issuance.
Timekeeping of head office-based employees.
Monitoring of leave credits and availment.
Processing of loans (Salary loan, SSS/Company/HDMF)
Oversee deduction and monthly payment of employee mandated benefits. (SSS, HDMF, PHILHEALTH).
Attends to employee queries regarding compensation/payroll and benefits.
Assists the employees' requests of 2316.
Processing of incentives list/bank reports.
Preparation of government certifications.
