About the role

EMC Engineering Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project In-Charge Glass and Aluminum to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time member of our thriving construction firm, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of various glass and aluminum-related projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of glass and aluminum installation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and objectives are achieved
  • Supervise and mentor a team of skilled technicians and installers, ensuring they work efficiently and adhere to safety standards
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with the wider construction team to ensure seamless integration of glass and aluminum components with other building elements
  • Maintain detailed project records and documentation, providing regular progress updates to management

What we're looking for

  • Preferably with experience as a Project In-Charge or similar role in the construction industry, with a strong focus on glass and aluminum installation projects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects within budget and on schedule
  • Excellent technical knowledge of glass and aluminum materials, installation techniques, and industry standards
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks and teams
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant computer applications
  • Relevant education or certifications in construction management or a related field
