Work Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Surveyor in façade or construction projects.
  • With proven experience in high-rise façade projects (unitized curtain wall, aluminum cladding, glass installation, steel framing, etc.).
  • Strong background in site surveying, layout, and elevation control for façade installation.
  • Familiar with structural tolerance requirements for high-rise façades.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-installation and installation surveys for façade elements.
  • Ensure accurate setting-out and alignment of façade units on high-rise projects.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and QA/QC teams for survey validation.
  • Maintain survey records and as-built documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, tolerances, and safety requirements.

Other Qualifications

  • Can work at high elevations with proper safety training (working at heights).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with construction teams.
