1.Assist with the "Community Management" on all social media channels of the company

  1. Assist in the creation and management of innovative and engaging social media projects or campaigns

  2. Assist in the writing of creative copy and adjust voice / tone from project to project, including but not limited to, related captions or taglines

  3. Timely preparation, posting and boosting of approved content to all company's official social media accounts

  4. In charge of monitoring the performance of posted material/s for reporting and analytics

  5. Assist in the building and maintenance of a "Content Calendar" including, but not limited to, providing suggestions for content creation, themes, trategies and campaigns with corresponding timeline for each project or campaign.

  6. Assist in the updating and maintenance of the image and video inventories for use in the development of creative materials

  7. Act as Liaison and provide representation in support of the Brand Lead or in the event that the Brand Lead is unavailable to attend meetings, discussions, events briefings or forums.

  8. Provide representation for Brand, with the approval of the Brand Lead, in support of the following activities:

Trade Shows

Car Shows

Car Club Events

Motoring Events

Job Fairs

Other events that Management may elect to support without prior notice.

  1. Other task that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing or related course

  2. Thorough knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) and YouTube

  3. Able to execute creative material with the corresponding and appropriate messaging that will be communicated clearly to its target audience

  4. Eager to keep abreast of social media innovations, including but not limited to popular social media trends and new software developments

  5. Administratively efficient and keen on details

  6. Excellent liaison and relationship building skills
