KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare detailed material take-offs based on architectural and structural plans
  • Estimate quantities and costs of materials required for façade projects
  • Analyze project drawings and specifications to determine scope of works
  • Coordinate with the design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure alignment
  • Present estimation reports clearly and accurately for management and client review
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Preferably with experience or knowledge in glass and aluminum façade systems
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
