About the role

Walls in Motion, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project In Charge to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As the Project In Charge, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career advancement within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to project stakeholders, including clients and senior management
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management staff

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project In Charge in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and find practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams
