Job Descriptions:

Conducts the daily construction monitoring at the designated site. Directly communicates with contractors to resolve any issues pertaining to construction.

Qualifications:

-With a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

-With experiencing in residential construction

-Basic knowledge of Computers

-Strong interpersonal and communication abilities both in written and oral communication skills

-Willing to assigned in Makati City

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Provide a monthly and weekly construction update.

-Reviews and accepts the invoices that each contractor submits.

Assesses each claim and modification order.

-Hold weekly coordination meetings with the contractors, safety, security, and Group.

-Evaluate and confirm the contractor's eligibility for awarding of project

-Oversee all housing, land development, and special project construction activities.

-Examine and confirm every site construction expense

  • Attend coordination meeting to owners representative
