Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in facade design, curtain wall systems, cladding, glazing, or aluminum systems.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling software.
  • Experience with structural calculations for facade elements.
  • Knowledge of fabrication, materials, and installation techniques related to facades (ACP, glass, aluminum, steel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and facade performance requirements (thermal, wind load, waterproofing, etc.).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with architects, engineers, and contractors in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • LEED certification or knowledge of sustainable facade design.
  • Professional Engineering License (if applicable).
