PeoplePartners is on the lookout for a detail-loving, solutions-focused Loan Processor to join our growing team—supporting one of our top-tier clients in the Australian mortgage space.
About the Role
This is not your average back-office role. You'll be the powerhouse behind flawless loan submissions, navigating complex financial structures, and keeping applications ticking toward settlement.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end loan processing—from file prep to post-settlement follow-up
  • Run complex servicing calculators across multiple lender platforms
  • Double-check supporting docs for compliance & accuracy
  • Spot roadblocks before they become problems
  • Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients like a pro
  • Keep CRM & lender portals squeaky clean and up to date
Requirements About YOU
  • 2+ years in AU mortgage broking
  • Fluent in servicing calculators and policy quirks
  • Eagle-eyed attention to detail under pressure
  • Articulate, proactive, and solutions-driven
  • A natural at navigating the in-between moments that move deals forward
About YOUR Work History
  • You've worked in a mortgage broking team (AU-based), handling loan files start to finish
  • You've solved policy exceptions like a champ
  • You've juggled 10+ active files—and kept your cool doing it
