Our client is a boutique brokerage firm with a strong culture of collaboration, professionalism, and care. With 3 established brokers and a solid offshore support structure, we're now looking to grow our team with dedicated Administrator Loan Processors who will help keep deals moving efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

As an Administrator Loan Processor you will support mortgage brokers by managing the loan file lifecycle, from document preparation and data entry to proactively liaising with banks and clients. You'll play a critical role in making sure deals stay on track and are processed smoothly.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting brokers in preparing, packaging, and tracking home loan applications

  • Liaising with banks and lenders via phone and email for follow-ups and clarifications

  • Entering client data accurately into CRMs and spreadsheets

  • Keeping client files and documentation well-organized and up to date

  • Helping identify missing information and taking initiative to resolve issues

  • Managing timelines and keeping brokers updated on status

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in loan processing, admin support in financial services, or broking environments

  • Previous experience with mortgage brokers or lending institutions is highly valued

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication

  • Proactive and able to work independently—someone who solves problems before escalating them

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in getting things right the first time

  • Ability to learn quickly, retain knowledge, and not ask the same question twice

  • Confident phone manner and strong coordination skills

  • Familiarity with CRMs and spreadsheets
