As a Loans Processor - Retention & Onboarding (AU Mortgage), you'll manage client loan repricing, maintain retention trackers, coordinate reviews, and support new client onboarding by tracking requests and reviewing submissions-ensuring seamless, accurate processes with minimal oversight in a structured, high-responsibility environment.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum 2 years' experience in end-to-end Australian mortgage loan processing
• Strong grasp of pricing policy, valuation ordering, retention workflows, and compliance packaging
• Excellent working knowledge of common CRMs (e.g., Mercury, Flex, SalesTrekker, Symmetry)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - you catch errors others miss
• Clear and confident written English, capable of liaising with lenders and brokers professionally
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in managing trackers and working with multiple systems at once

Your Daily Tasks

• Manage all steps of the Client Retention Process, including scheduling reviews, preparing retention pricing, updating trackers, and sending final client communications
• Oversee Client Onboarding Tasks including allocation, data collection, reviewing supporting documents, and preparing property reports
• Maintain and update Client Loan Account Details; own Retention and Interest Only & Fixed Term Trackers
• Submit valuation orders and pricing discount requests based on lending strategy
• Send and track Full Data Requests, including for pre-approval extensions and formal conversions
• Compile and upload compliance documentation and ensure CRM stages are accurately maintained
• Collaborate with brokers via weekly updates on Fact Find and data request tracking
• Occasionally train junior team members or support with internal handovers when required
