PeoplePartners is hiring for one of our fast-growing Australian clients, and we need a Senior Loan Processor who brings both precision and personality to the table.

About the Role
You'll work remotely but be a core part of the team—managing every phase of the loan cycle and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a senior role, with real trust and responsibility.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the full loan processing cycle—from initial docs to approval.
  • Liaise with clients directly, helping them stay informed and confident.
  • Coordinate with brokers, lenders, and internal teams to keep things on track.
  • Spot and solve roadblocks before they become deal-breakers.
  • Keep compliance, credit policy, and data security front of mind.

About YOUR Work History
  • Minimum 5 years in AU mortgage loan processing.
  • Hands-on with ApplyOnline, SalesTrekker, or similar.
  • Comfortable working across AEST business hours.
  • Experience with NCCP, responsible lending, and privacy protocols.
