About the Role

We are seeking an Change Management Specialist to lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and growth. This role is key in driving continuous improvement, strengthening performance, and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and teams to assess needs, identify opportunities, and recommend development strategies.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and change management initiatives.
  • Facilitate learning sessions and coaching to build employee skills and performance.
  • Organize team-building and engagement activities to support collaboration and communication.
  • Track the impact of development programs, gather feedback, and propose improvements.
  • Advise managers and employees on performance, career development, and engagement practices.
  • Research and apply best practices in organizational development and HR to drive innovation.
  • Support policies and guidelines that promote employee growth and organizational success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align OD initiatives with business and HR objectives.
  • Act as a resource for employees seeking development opportunities and guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards on safety, security, and data protection.
  • Perform related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, with focus on organizational development, training, or change management.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in analysis, problem-solving, and project management.
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives with measurable impact.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
