We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to drive organizational transformation across our enterprise. This role focuses on the people side of change—ensuring that business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures are effectively adopted and sustained.

As a Change Management Lead, you will design and implement change strategies that support successful project delivery, increase employee adoption, and reduce resistance, while fostering engagement and alignment with the company's values.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Leadership

  • Apply structured change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Develop tailored strategies to drive adoption and reinforce positive behaviors.

Communication & Engagement

  • Design and deliver impactful communication plans.
  • Ensure clear and timely messaging across all stakeholders.
  • Engage with senior leaders and executive sponsors.

Change Impact & Readiness

  • Conduct assessments and readiness analyses.
  • Identify stakeholders, map influence, and implement engagement strategies.

Risk & Resistance Management

  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Address resistance through targeted interventions.
  • Track and resolve issues promptly.

Portfolio Management

  • Oversee and align change efforts across multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency with broader transformation goals.

Integration & Monitoring

  • Embed change activities into project plans.
  • Track progress, define success metrics, and report adoption results.

Training & Enablement

  • Contribute to training design and deployment.
  • Provide tools and resources to support employee learning and adoption.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience leading organizational change initiatives or providing internal change consulting in complex enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of change management processes and individual/organizational adoption.
  • Proven experience with large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in structured methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Strong collaboration skills to work across functions and all organizational levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
