Position: Change Management Lead

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Location: Makati

Employment: Project-based

Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply structured change management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Design, develop, and deliver effective communication plans.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness analyses.
  • Identify change-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor, track, and support resolution of issues across all impacted business units
  • Define, monitor, and report on key success metrics.
  • Contribute to training design, delivery, and deployment strategies
  • Develop and maintain documentation and learning materials.

Job Requirements (Required):

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience leading organizational change initiatives or providing internal change
  • Strong understanding of change management processes.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and the full project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job Requirements (Preferred):

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Experience with digital transformation projects or system implementation (Core Banking, CRM, ERP).
  • Change management certification (e 2, Prosci, CCP).
