Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and supervise integrated marketing strategies across both digital and traditional channels to promote the company's jewelry products and brand.
  • Oversee content development and execution for all marketing materials including digital campaigns, print ads, brochures, flyers, posters, and point-of-sale displays.
  • Manage and update the company's social media presence (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn), while also ensuring alignment with offline marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with consultants and senior management to produce high-quality marketing collateral and campaigns including materials for events, store promotions, advertising (digital and print), and brand initiatives.
  • Plan and execute mall-wide events, in-store promotions, and seasonal marketing activities, ensuring all materials and campaigns are properly aligned and scheduled.
  • Handle public relations and brand image management, including responding to reviews, customer feedback, and reputation concerns both online and offline.
  • Supervise promotional messaging to customers through SMS, email, printed invites, and other forms of direct marketing.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of physical marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and other departments to ensure that marketing strategies support business goals and customer engagement targets.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance across all channels (online and offline), preparing weekly or monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Research market trends and competitor activity, applying insights to future campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all platforms and materials; digital, print, and in-store.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role that includes both digital and traditional media exposure.
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning, and execution across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in social media management, but also familiar with print production processes, vendor coordination, and event-based marketing.
  • Strong skills in writing, editing, and basic layout supervision (experience with creative tools is a plus).
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; can manage timelines and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and creatives.
