Real Estate Agent – Flexible Field & Remote Work (Full-time / Part-time)

Our real estate group in Negros Occidental is growing, and we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn, self-driven, and excited to build a career in property sales. No real estate background is required — we equip you with training, marketing assistance, and ongoing mentorship so you can start strong.

What You Can Expect

  • Commission-driven earnings with the possibility of making ₱10,000 to ₱50,000+ per month
  • A hybrid work setup:
  • Field duties such as meeting clients, conducting viewings, and visiting project sites
  • Remote tasks like online marketing, chatting with leads, and managing inquiries from home
  • A flexible work schedule, suitable for working adults, students, stay-at-home parents, or anyone seeking additional income
  • Access to training sessions, marketing tools, and support materials to help you generate leads and close deals

Role Overview

  • Assist clients in choosing suitable residential or commercial properties
  • Promote available listings through social media and various online channels
  • Accompany clients during property tours and project visits
  • Offer basic guidance on pricing options, payment terms, and requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • Completed at least 2 years of college (any program accepted)
  • Comfortable speaking with people and building rapport
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to learn new skills
  • Open to beginners and applicants with previous sales experience

Earnings & Time Commitment

  • Pure commission (your income increases with your performance)
  • Usual monthly earnings range: ₱10,000–₱50,000+
  • Work 14–28 hours a week or set your own schedule depending on availability
