About the role

Join the dynamic team at Taft Property Venture Development Corp. as a full-time Property Manager in Cebu City, Cebu. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of our commercial property portfolio, ensuring exceptional service and maximum returns for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the overall operations of assigned commercial properties, including negotiating and administering leases, collecting rent, and managing tenant relations
  2. Oversee property maintenance and improvements, coordinating with service providers and vendors to ensure the properties are well-maintained and up to code
  3. Analyse property performance data, identify opportunities for growth and cost savings, and make recommendations to senior management
  4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain quality tenants
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  6. Collaborate with the broader team to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
  7. Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property management, preferably in the Cebu market
  2. Strong understanding of the local real estate market and the ability to identify emerging trends and opportunities
  3. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  4. Proficient in budget management, financial analysis, and reporting
  5. Outstanding customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders
  6. Solid knowledge of property-related laws, regulations, and best practices
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
