Job Title: Site Property Management Officer

Job Summary:

The Site Property Management Officer is responsible for negotiating lease renewals and resolving site-related issues raised by Lessors in the Visayas region.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate commercial terms for lease agreements.
  • Support SPM Analyst in renewing contracts 3 months before expiry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Lessors.
  • Update and maintain Lessors' information and records.
  • Obtain Lessors' signatures on contracts.
  • Secure copies of Lessors' updated property documents and supporting papers.
  • Ensure site access for MNO and PTCI personnel.
  • Deliver cheque payments to Lessors.
  • Resolve critical issues escalated by superiors.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the SPM Analyst related to site property management.

Qualifications:

Education, Licenses, and Certificates:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and specialized experience.

Relevant Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in wireless telecommunications or real estate.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be able to travel as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
