The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (3–4 years post-graduation) who wants a remote role with variety.
This is not a frontline clinical caseload position — instead, you'll play a hybrid role supporting our team through:
- Clinical report writing & supervision
- Client services & admin
- HR & compliance support
- Marketing & content assistance

Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Professional Support
- Review and finalise OT reports in collaboration with treating therapists
- Provide clinical reasoning and recommendations in written form
- Assist junior OTs with supervision and guidance
- Contribute to report writing, templates, and clinical quality standards
- Respond to client enquiries via email and phone with professionalism
- Follow up on client documents and forms
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining records
- Keep client and staff documentation accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with maintaining staff records and compliance requirements
- Support onboarding of new practitioners
- Ensure HR documentation is consistently updated
- Draft and proofread blogs and client communications
- Use Canva to design marketing materials
- Create and send email campaigns via Mailchimp
- Post updates and content on our WordPress website
- Collect and organise client testimonials and feedback
Key Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (essential)
- Current Registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong clinical reasoning and report writing skills
- Ability to mentor junior staff and review their work
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Mailchimp)
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
- A collaborative and proactive mindset
