Through our partnership with Succeed Practice Management (SPM), we're building a remote support team of talented professionals in the Philippines to help our Australian team deliver even greater outcomes—without burnout or administrative overload.

We're currently seeking a Philippines-based Occupational Therapist who is passionate about family-centred care and eager to make a meaningful difference behind the scenes.

Why This Role Matters

You will empower therapists to do their best work by taking ownership of non-billable, clinical support tasks. You'll become an essential part of the SHS care journey—ensuring no client is left waiting and no therapist is overwhelmed by paperwork.

Your Core Responsibilities

As a remote OT, you'll support the Australian-based Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, and Allied Health Assistant teams by assisting with:

Session & Case Preparation

• Drafting session plans based on therapist notes and client goals
• Creating resources and visual aids for therapy sessions
• Preparing and formatting reports and documentation

Discovery & Roadmap Interviews

• Conducting structured Discovery and RoadMap Interviews with families (training provided)
• Extracting key concerns, priorities, and therapy needs
• Helping therapists plan meaningful intervention journeys

Clinical Admin & Communication

• Assisting with case notes
• Following up on client homework and task reminders

Project & Program Support

• Assisting in program development (e.g., online programs, courses, books)
• Supporting coordination between clinical staff and admin team

• You are a bachelor degree qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist (minimum 3 years) with strong written English skills

Compensation and Work Expectations

• Overlap required during core team hours (7:00 AM–3:00 PM Philippine time) with flexibility for the remaining 8 hour shift to manage your workload
• Opportunity to progress to direct employment for the right freelancer

Equipment and Internet Requirements

To ensure efficiency in this role, you will need:

• A desktop or laptop with an Intel i5 processor (or higher) and at least 8GB of RAM
• A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 40 Mbps and a backup connection
• Noise-cancelling headphones and a working web camera for video meetings
• A quiet, professional workspace
