Job Overview.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team to ensure outstanding guest experiences by managing communications, coordinating with on-site teams, and resolving issues promptly. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, guest-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Guest Relations – Handle inquiries, bookings, and concerns via chat, and phone with a friendly and professional approach.

· Operational Coordination – Liaise with concierge, cleaning, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth property operations.

· Problem Resolution – Address guest concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

· Booking & Check-In Support – Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and special requests.

· Process Improvement – Help identify ways to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

· years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management (STR experience is a plus).

· Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

· Familiarity with Airbnb, , or other STR platforms is preferred.

· Tech-savvy – comfortable using messaging apps, emails, and basic PMS tools.

· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
