Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sales Consultant who can confidently guide customers through both smart home technologies and bathroom/kitchen fixture selections. This is a hybrid role that blends technical product knowledge with strong sales and customer service skills. You will consult with homeowners, builders, and designers to recommend tailored solutions, generate quotes, and support the sales process through installation coordination.

  • Look for new clients (homeowners, contractors, designers) through field visits, referrals, and/or online.
  • Conduct on-site and showroom consultations to understand customer needs
  • Recommend smart home systems and bathroom/kitchen fixtures that fit the project
  • Present and demonstrate product features (e.g., lighting, thermostats, sinks, bathtubs)
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and basic product layouts
  • Coordinate orders, deliveries, and installations with internal teams
  • Keep customer records updated in the CRM system
  • Attend product trainings and stay current on industry trends
  • Conduct post-installation visits to ensure products are working properly and meet customer expectations
  • Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and offer upgrades
  • Manage and reply to inquiries on digital platforms to engage prospects and qualify sales opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 6 months of sales experience
  • Strong technical aptitude and a quick learner
  • Tech-savvy, with an interest in smart home technology
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to read basic architectural or plumbing drawings is an advantage
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php11,000.00 per month
