Qualifications

Effective Delivery Execution

1. Checks delivery plan and logistics resources requirements including container vans;
2. Communicates and coordinates with all truckers to make sure of the availability and timeliness of arrival in the plant.
3. Prepares accurate waybill for assigned trips to ensure accurate delivery documentation and serves as reference for trucker's billing statement.
4. Coordinates with Loading Group on availability and priority for loading and dispatch.

Monitoring and Updating of Delivery Status

1. Monitors and keeps track of all dispatched deliveries from gate out until arrival to point of destination (local deliveries and /or port of origin)
2. Secures delivery feedback and confirmation from the trucker.
3. Logs and reports all delivery incidents.
4. Updates and reports status of delivery plan daily.
5. Escalate issues and concerns on deliveries to immediate team leader for disposition.

Management of 3rd Party Service Providers

1. Monitor performance of delivery trucks and submit reports.
2. Validates trucker's billing to ensure accuracy of planned deliveries against actual supplier billing statements / documents to ensure efficient collection process.
3. Manages relationship with 3rd Party truckers

Other Task

1. Ensures compliance to food safety and quality standards set by HACCP, GMP & ISO, ISMS, etc.
2. Actively participate in all company programs at all times.
3. Performs other related activities that may be assigned by immediate superior.

SAP Related Task

1. Indicate the Transport Departure status in the Freight Order/Freight Booking

Note: - For EWM transaction, Security Guard is responsible for plant departure status

• Port Origin & Port Destination status should be updated by Transport planner/coordinator

• Departure for IM location/external warehouses should be updated by Warehouse Checker.

• Indicate the Transport Arrival at Customer status in the Freight Order/Freight Booking

Note: - POD relevant customer: Transport planner/coordinator to update the arrival status.

• Non POD relevant customers: No updating needed.

• External warehouses: Checkers to update the actual arrival of shipment.

• Updates Monitoring for TM Planning

• Monde Bulk Delivery Monitoring
• POD Update (Insti - CNC)
• SAP Sales Monitoring

• Shipment Advice

• Shipping Vans - 1. Truck Departure from Plant, 2. Departure of Vessel from Port of Origin., and  Arrival at port destination, 3. Stripping - from Port destination, 4. Transhipment - port of Origin to Destination port for Calbayog, Maasin and Masbate

• Actual Delivery date Door -Door Shipment for Cebu, Ormoc, Iloilo, Calbayog - Consolidate Delivery dates advised by Shipping lines signed BL , Shared monitoring

• TM maintains the new event / existing event in freight planning. It is such as: Transit

• If inputting event monitoring can be done via manual,Input and create the event manually in SAP. If not, Input and create the event in the excel event template. Upload the event once event data in excel is ready.
