JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Tourism or any equivalent course.
- Willing to be assigned in BGC branch.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them -in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries
- Assist walk in clients/patients' inquiries
- Gathers patient information by collecting demographic information from a variety of sources, interacting with registration
- Observes a high level of confidentiality in all matters related to client/patient information
- Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records accordingly and properly
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct
- Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Handle payment transactions with customers.
- Remit all checks and cash payments to the Admin / accounting for deposit with proper transmittal and remarks of each amount per day transaction.
Proper issuance of receipt and safekeeping of cashier's copy
Other tasks that management may assign from time to time relevant to job position.
