JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Tourism or any equivalent course.
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC branch.
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them -in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries
  • Assist walk in clients/patients' inquiries
  • Gathers patient information by collecting demographic information from a variety of sources, interacting with registration
  • Observes a high level of confidentiality in all matters related to client/patient information
  • Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records accordingly and properly
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct
  • Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Handle payment transactions with customers.
  • Remit all checks and cash payments to the Admin / accounting for deposit with proper transmittal and remarks of each amount per day transaction.

  • Proper issuance of receipt and safekeeping of cashier's copy

  • Other tasks that management may assign from time to time relevant to job position.
