About the role

This is a full-time Cashier / Receptionist role based in Taguig City Metro Manila at Best Reliable Resources Internationale', a leading company in the Retail & Consumer Products industry. In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and efficiently handling cash and transactions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Accurately processing customer payments and ensuring correct change is provided
  3. Maintaining a clean and organised cash handling area
  4. Updating customer accounts and handling enquiries
  5. Providing administrative support to the front office
  6. Ensuring the reception area is well-presented at all times

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Cashier, Receptionist or in a customer-facing role
  2. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  3. Strong numeracy skills and ability to handle cash accurately
  4. Ability to work well in a team and independently
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  7. Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems
