Job Summary :

The Packaging Engineer will lead the development and execution of packaging design and artwork for fresh chicken, eggs, meat, and agri-based product lines. This role ensures that all packaging aligns with brand identity, complies with food safety and agricultural standards, and supports sustainability initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with marketing, operations, agri-business teams, and external suppliers to deliver innovative and compliant packaging solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the creation, review, and approval of all packaging designs for fresh meat, poultry, eggs, and agricultural products

Coordinate with business units and marketing teams to align packaging with product positioning and customer expectations

  1. Ensure all packaging complies with food and agri packaging safety regulations and internal standards

4.  Collaborate with suppliers and printing vendors for accurate and timely artwork implementation

5.  Manage project timelines and deliverables related to packaging and artwork rollouts

6.  Innovate and implement sustainable, cost-efficient packaging solutions across business groups

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Education  : Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field

Experience  : Minimum 3–5 years of experience in packaging design and development, preferably in the food and agri-products industry

Special Skills  :

·  Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for packaging design

·  Strong understanding of packaging safety standards for food and agricultural products

·  Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience

·  Familiarity with sustainable packaging trends and materials

·  Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
