Job Summary:

The Branding Supervisor at Play Time will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty in the competitive market.

This role involves overseeing creative campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with event, design, and contentteams to drive player acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  2. Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy aligned with Play Time's business goals.

  3. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels (website, social media, ads, affiliates, email).

  4. Monitor competitor branding strategies and industry trends to keep Play Time ahead.

  5. Creative Campaign Management

  6. Lead the development of high impact branding campaigns (e.g., loyalty programs, themed promotions).

  7. Work with designers and copywriters to create compelling visuals and messaging.

  8. Oversee video content, social media creatives, and influencer collaborations.

  9. Brand Awareness & Engagement

  10. Increase brand recognition through partnerships, sponsorships, and PR efforts.

  11. Manage social media branding and community engagement strategies.

  12. Optimize player touchpoints (landing pages, emails, ads) for a seamless brand experience.

  13. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  14. Analyze branding campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

  15. Ensure compliance with gambling advertising regulations in the markets.

  16. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  17. Work closely with legal, purchasing, and compliance teams.

  18. Coordinate with external agencies (influencers, affiliates).
