Position: Marketing Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Supervisor to lead the day-to-day execution of our marketing strategies and campaigns. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills to ensure successful implementation of initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting business growth, while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the marketing team
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, and social media)
  • Track campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools; recommend optimizations- Ensure consistent application of the brand across all platforms and materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, creative) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
  • Manage marketing budgets and monitor expenses for cost-efficiency
  • Coordinate with vendors, media agencies, and third-party service providers.
  • Organize promotional events, product launches, and trade shows
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and proposals for management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills- Creative and strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe), and content management systems is a plus.

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid Arrangement: 3 days onsite (BGC, Taguig) and 2 days work-from-home
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
