We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven
Visual Merchandising Project Supervisor
to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of visual merchandising installations across a large network of stores. This role requires strong project management skills, process control, and experience handling large-scale rollouts in retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:


• Project & Timeline Management


• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of nationwide visual merchandising projects.


• Develop detailed project timelines, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery of all VM installations.


• Coordinate closely with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to align on deliverables.


• Store Rollout & Installation Execution


• Manage large-scale store installation processes, ensuring quality standards and brand consistency.


• Supervise installation schedules across multiple locations, including monitoring contractors and logistics partners.


• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues during installations.


• Process & Quality Control


• Standardize VM guidelines and ensure adherence across all stores.


• Conduct store checks and audits to confirm proper implementation.


• Manage budgets, track costs, and optimize resources during project execution.


• Cross-functional & Supplier Coordination


• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to align VM execution with campaigns and product launches.


• Work with suppliers on sourcing, fabrication, and delivery of display materials.


• Negotiate timelines and ensure supplier accountability.


• Creative & Strategic Input


• Support the creative development of VM concepts, ensuring designs are practical for rollout and scalable for multiple stores.


• Provide feedback on design feasibility, installation challenges, and cost efficiency.


• Adapt VM strategies for seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and local market requirements.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience in project management or operations for visual merchandising, retail store rollouts, or shopfitting.


• Strong skills in timeline tracking, vendor management, and large-scale installation oversight.


• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Knowledge of retail visual merchandising standards, materials, and installation processes.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and cross-functional teams.


• Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City.
