About the role

As a Marketing Supervisor/Specialist at Wise Sea IT Consulting Solution OPC', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing and communications initiatives. This full-time position is based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and will involve developing and executing strategies to promote the company's products and services effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
  2. Manage and coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, social media posts, brochures, and other collateral
  3. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and support lead generation
  5. Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities, using data to optimise campaigns and improve ROI
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company's marketing efforts remain innovative and effective

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the technology or IT services industry
  2. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and analytics
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  4. Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  5. Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM systems
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach
