Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field;
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or related fields;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Good communication and coordination abilities, with experience working across different teams and stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with ATL/BTL campaigns, digital and social media platforms, and PR/event execution;
  • Analytical mindset, able to evaluate campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements;
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable under pressure;
  • Agency background or experience with high-paced consumer brands is a plus;
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Job Description:

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, social, and PR channels;
  • Translate brand and marketing strategies into detailed execution plans, ensuring consistency across touchpoints;
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, media, PR, events, product) to deliver campaigns on time and within budget;
  • Manage day-to-day campaign implementation, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation;
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization;
  • Assist in ideation of marketing initiatives, bringing creative yet practical ideas to enhance brand impact;
  • Ensure marketing communications align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
