Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Philippines. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support our organization's growth and success.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including leveraging social media platforms and professional networks
  • Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and other recruitment activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations throughout the hiring process
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive employer brand
  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent interviewing and assessment techniques
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and best practices
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
  • Understanding of labor laws and employment regulations in the Philippines
  • Knowledge of industry hiring trends and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for identifying and nurturing top talent
