Accounts Receivable Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Processing customer orders and invoices using the company's order management software (Podio) and Quickbooks.
● Ensuring the accuracy of customer orders and invoices entered into Quickbooks by reconciling with Podio system upon issuance.
● Maintain regular communication with sales and order fulfillment departments to resolve transaction discrepancies and ensuring customer invoicing accuracy
● Contacting clients to discuss their accounts when necessary
● Assist with gathering information for audit requests and ensure the accuracy of information provided
● Provide back-up assistance when manager is out of office
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
● Intermediate Excel skills (basic formulas, Pivot tables, filters, formatting)
● year Quickbooks experience
● years of accounts receivable experience
● Excellent attention to detail
● Strong organizational skills
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to work effectively in a team environment
● Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
