
Influencer Key Account Manager

Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top influencers and affiliates as part of the Shopee Affiliate Program.
- Directly coordinate and acquire a deep understanding with influencers and MCN agencies to optimize campaign performance, ensure smooth execution, and drive strategic partnerships.
- Manage and analyze paid media performance, including social media ad boosting and to optimize conversions and maximize ROI.
- Conduct sentiment analysis and performance tracking to assess influencer impact, audience engagement, and overall brand perception.
- Cascade relevant information, updates, and best practices to influencers through regular communication.
- Ensure influencers maximize the Shopee Affiliate Program by actively participating in various initiatives and continuously improving their performance, including content engagement and sales.
- Utilize data analytics to track key performance metrics, assess campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
- Actively propose recommendations to enhance influencer communication, streamline processes, and implement innovative growth strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, influencer marketing, affiliate strategies, and social media advancements.
- Conduct competitor research and analysis to benchmark Shopee's affiliate and influencer strategies against industry leaders, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Requirements
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct competitor research, sentiment analysis, and performance tracking.
- At least 2-3 years experience in Account Management background, specifically with influencers, content creators, affiliates, and agencies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with influencers, MCN agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of social media ad boosting, affiliate marketing, and paid media performance analysis.
