Job Description

As an Influencer Marketing (KOL) Coordinator, you will manage influencer collaborations, campaign execution, and content publishing to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Relations & Coordination

  • Build and maintain partnerships with influencers, KOLs, and bloggers (local & international).
  • Select suitable collaborators based on brand positioning and campaign goals.
  • Develop and maintain long-term influencer lists.

Project Execution & Process Management

  • Handle influencer budgets, proposals, and list approvals.
  • Experience managing budgets or coordinating payments (internship or part-time experience acceptable)
  • Draft creative content ideas, scripts, and finalize SOW & MOA with influencers.
  • Organize in-store arrangements for shoots and oversee on-site activations.

Content Management & Publishing

  • Monitor content production and ensure brand alignment.
  • Coordinate publishing across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

Settlement & Post-Campaign Review

  • Manage influencer payments and settlements.
  • Collect performance data, analyze ROI, and prepare campaign reports.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, design, and store operations teams to ensure smooth campaign rollout.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in New Media, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field (preferred).
  • At least (1) year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer relations (or equivalent internship experience)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome if passionate about social media and influencer trends.
  • Previous experience in influencer/KOL management or access to influencer networks.
  • Micro-influencers with their own following are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, execution, and coordination skills.
  • Outgoing, energetic, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Creative thinker with strong knowledge of short-form video trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for budget tracking) and familiarity with social media analytics tools
  • Familiar with platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, Douyin.
