Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Developers, Contractors, and Retailer accounts to influence brand specification and pricing, with goals to: a. Increase the likelihood of winning projects; b. Expand Share of Wallet (SoW) in project requirements; c. Improve Commercial Margin by incorporating solutions and support in pricing.
  • Understand the business dynamics of industrial partners, their target markets, and the key drivers of your own company. Create mutually beneficial situations for all parties, recognize when this is not possible, and exercise diplomacy and tact to manage any resulting changes in business relationships.
  • Prepare all necessary data within your scope for detailed analysis, strategy development, and execution to align with overall business direction and requirements.
  • Promote and support the company's sustainability initiatives with assigned key accounts and relevant industry stakeholders.
  • Engage in advanced technical selling to industrial partners, including conducting technical discussions and providing trial assistance to customers to support product acceptance.
  • Manage logistics and delivery to serve customers efficiently, analyzing and considering the cost implications of delivery methods and strategies.
  • Forecast sales volume, pricing, and market share based on current market conditions within the assigned sales area.
  • Sell and distribute products at approved prices to an industrial and retail network to achieve targeted profitability, volume, and market share.
  • Maintain proper account management of receivables through consistent collection of payments and collateral, including handling applicable taxes, credit memos, and other financial documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across various stakeholders to ensure business continuity and promptly resolve customer issues.
  • Recommend and implement marketing incentives and serve as a key resource in developing marketing programs for the area.

Requirements:

  • College graduate, preferably with a degree in engineering, business, or related fields.
  • Preferably with a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a key accounts officer or sales officer in industrial, manufacturing, or related sectors.
