Senior HR Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and dependable Senior HR Executive to join our team in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role requires strong expertise in Philippine labor laws, compliance, and employee relations, along with the flexibility to work during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, and documentation, ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and in full compliance with statutory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

HR Compliance & Labor Law

  • Ensure company compliance with all Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
  • Provide HR and compliance guidance to management, highlighting potential risks and solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor legislation and communicate changes to leadership and employees.

Employee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Oversee onboarding and enrollment of employees in government portals (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Draft, review, and finalize employment contracts, contract renewals, and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain and audit employee records for accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

Employee Relations

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues in line with labor law and company policy.
  • Support management in handling disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and compliant workplace culture.

Payroll & Benefits Coordination

  • Validate employee attendance, leave, and timekeeping records to support accurate payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure employee benefits and deductions are correctly applied.
  • Oversee the administration of government-mandated and company-provided benefits.

HR Administration & Support

  • Prepare HR reports, compliance updates, and documentation for management.
  • Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, wellness projects, and HR audits.
  • Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve HR processes and workflows.

Qualifications

  • At least 4–5 years of progressive HR experience in a BPO or fast-paced corporate setting.
  • Strong expertise in Philippine labor laws, compliance requirements, and employee relations.
  • Hands-on experience in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and government enrollment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively across all levels.
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and payroll systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Willing to work night shifts onsite at Ortigas Center, Pasig.
