Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate staff.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor logs and security procedures for access control.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order.
  • Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php12,500.00 per month
