- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures for access control.
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
