Front Desk Officer/Receptionist

About the role
As a full-time Receptionist / Front Desk Officer, you will be assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all of Conference Centers related functions or events . He is also responsible to maintain high standard of service at all times.
What you'll be doing
- Receive and communicate with AS Conference Center team in correspondence with company policy.
- Handle requests of clients and pass onto the appropriate personnel.
- Handle confidential documents in correspondence with company procedures.
- Manage and make appropriate records to ensure client requirements are satisfied.
- Liaise with other functions (e.g. housekeeping) regarding client requirements (e.g. table/event layouts etc.)
- Performs professional management of any complaints in accordance with company procedures.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year experience as front reception or guest service agent at professional level.
- Completed a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or any related courses.
- With high average interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Passionate with excitement for the hospitality / service industry.
