Qualifications

  • Must be a college graduate of BS Hospitality Management (BS HRM) or BS Tourism
  • At least 1 year experience in front desk, administrative, or customer service roles is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations
