Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines NISPI Full time ₱1,200,000 - ₱1,500,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a team of 15–30 Executive Assistants to deliver concierge-level virtual support
  • across scheduling, travel coordination, expenses, and event support.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues, partnering with Operations Managers
  • and AU stakeholders to resolve service gaps and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Analyze delivery metrics and team performance to ensure SLAs are met; implement process
  • improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., L&D, HC, Quality) to support team development
  • and maintain high engagement levels.
  • Foster a culture of service excellence, continuous feedback, and professional growth

Qualifications:

At least 7 years of experience in a managerial role from an offshoring, shared services, or related industry

  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • Provided support to international clients

  • Strong Customer Service orientation, and extensive experience in performance management and strategy development

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with senior stakeholders and clients

  • Strong ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

  • Must possess a strong working knowledge in Microsoft, Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Teams

  • Handled a team of at least 15 FTEs is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php130,000.00 per month
