Position Summary:

The Studio Concierge is the first point of contact for all clients and visitors at Schild Studios. This role ensures a warm, professional, and seamless front-desk experience, while supporting the team in delivering a smooth and memorable client journey inside the studio.

Key Responsibilities

Client Welcome & Care

  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Check in clients upon arrival, guide them through the studio process, and ensure they are comfortable.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages; handle inquiries or route them to the right person.
  • Maintain a polished, organized reception and lounge area.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Update and manage bookings calendar in coordination with the Admin Coordinator.
  • Confirm client appointments, send reminders, and communicate updates or changes.
  • Relay key client details and requirements to Team Leaders (HMUA, Shooters, Studio Assistants).

Administrative & Studio Support

  • Assist with basic clerical tasks (printing, scanning, filing, logging petty cash expenses).
  • Receive deliveries and ensure items are properly recorded and stored.
  • Track and replenish studio supplies as needed.
  • Support smooth client flow during shoots, coordinating with staff to keep schedules on track.
  • Escalate concerns to the Admin Coordinator or Operations Head when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Preferably 6 months–1 year experience in front desk, admin, or customer service roles (entry-level applicants welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and grooming, embodying Schild Studios' premium client experience.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or willingness to learn new systems.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
