Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to multiple executives, including C-suite leaders and directors. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 4 years of extensive experience as Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or relevant field.
  • Very strong command of English (both verbal and written).
  • Experience in calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Provided support to international clients and C-suite level.
  • Handled multiple executives simultaneously and demonstrated excellent relationship or stakeholder management (will be expected to handle minimum 8 Directors).
  • Must possess a strong working knowledge in Microsoft Suite apps (Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, Teams).
  • Willing to work in Hybrid set-up (2-3 days RTO per week)
