Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced VA Concierge Manager to lead and support a team providing high-level virtual assistant services to international clients. This role requires a strong background in people management, customer service, and offshoring operations. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, a solid understanding of team performance management, and experience working with global stakeholders.

You will be responsible for driving service excellence, developing strategic initiatives, and mentoring a multicultural team of virtual assistants. The role starts with onsite training for two months to ensure full alignment with company standards, tools, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of Virtual Assistants providing concierge-level support to international clients.
  • Oversee team performance, service quality, and KPIs to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching, development, and regular feedback to team members.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement strategies and operational plans.
  • Act as the main escalation point for complex client concerns and deliver solutions professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and client SLAs.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments and global stakeholders.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on team performance, productivity, and service quality.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience managing people in offshoring, shared services, or a related industry
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Proven experience providing support to international clients
  • Strong background in customer service, performance management, and strategy development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—able to engage with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to lead in a multi-cultural work environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Microsoft Teams

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to Php110,000.00 per month
