We are hiring an Onsite Virtual Legal Receptionist for a client in the legal industry.

This role is office-based in the Philippines and involves managing virtual client communications and providing administrative support to lawyers overseas. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to delivering excellent client service in a professional onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate legal staff
  • Handle inquiries from both new and existing clients via phone and email
  • Follow up with prospective clients and assist with the onboarding process
  • Prepare and send cost disclosure documents and client agreements
  • File, organize, and archive legal documents (electronic and physical)
  • Maintain solicitor calendars and monitor important court dates
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist, virtual receptionist, or administrative assistant
  • Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Prior experience in legal administration is a strong advantage

Working Hours:

This is a full-time onsite role based in the Philippines and follows Australian business hours (AEST). Applicants must be available to work within this time zone.
