The Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in monitoring email and pre-alerts to identify any discrepancies, promptly reporting issues, and preparing incident reports as needed. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating account deliveries and pullouts, endorsing transactions to Ecommerce checkers, and scanning necessary account documents. Task also includes monitor delivery status from truckers and update the system to ensure accurate account status.

Cashier-The role involves comprehensive management of cash handling procedures, starting with the responsible task of opening the vault and retrieving deposited cash. Rigorous attention to detail is maintained throughout the process, as the individual verifies remittances in the logbook, ensuring both accuracy and alignment. Daily responsibilities extend to the preparation of remittance Excel sheets for bank pick up, ensuring seamless transactions. The coordination with the bank pick-up teller is integral, involving the confirmation of receipt of validated deposit slips and corresponding official receipts. Beyond cash management, the position encompasses monitoring online payment validations for suppliers and truckers, overseeing office and operating supplies to maintain optimal stock levels, and handling the revolving fund.
